Ryan, our capable and patient electrician, has been on site throughout the building making sure we have lighting everywhere we want it and need it. His willingness to "move this" and "add that" is greatly appreciated!

Hi Barb and Butch - We love your house! My husband and I have actually decided to use this house plan when we build our retirement home in North Carolina. We have just started talking to a builder and I would love to show the builder some of the customized changes that you have done to the house plan. We want to have an open kitchen like you have chosen and to have windows adjacent to the fireplace. I would really appreciate it if you could email me some photos of your kitchen and fireplace (also the hallway to the left of the entry way.
